Smoker Craft, Inc is currently seeking candidates for a Product Designer! 

We are seeking candidates to perform the following duties:

  • Assist with development of product design
  • Working with Product Design Manager, assist with detailing and finalizing design concepts
  • Communicate with Vendors for development and sourcing of new products
  • Offer recommendations for hardware or vendor components
  • Assist with design & selection of materials for product aesthetics (i.e. graphics, paint, interiors)
  • Oversee prototyping and evaluation of new designs and products
  • Maintenance of product-related information
  • Develop visual aide & work instructions for production related to assembling/installing new product
  • Provide manufacturing support for all new products

Requirements:

  • 3-D CAD experience (preferred Solidworks)
  • MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
  • Experience with design/development of new products
  • Detail oriented
  • Multi-task and perform under deadline driven environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational and problem solving skills
